A compact printer and scanner module that adds receipt printing, barcode capture and optional audio to compatible HiStone assisted-checkout and self-service configurations.
The HiStone Cube X is designed to add essential checkout functions without surrounding a POS terminal with several separate peripherals. Its enclosure combines an 80 mm-class thermal printer with a selectable 2D scanner, while an optional 10 W speaker can provide clearer audio in busy retail, hospitality and self-service environments.
The printer mechanism can rotate through 90 degrees, allowing Cube X to support different counter and kiosk orientations. Current HiStone materials pair the module with Luna X and HS150 configurations for assisted checkout, portrait self-service and compact kiosk installations.

Select a compact scanner for mobile-payment barcodes or a higher-resolution scanner for payment and product barcodes.
The printer supports both common receipt-paper widths and rolls up to 83 mm in diameter.
The supplied specification and product artwork document both finishes.

The speaker and scanner hardware are configuration-dependent. Compatibility, interface version, printer orientation, colour, included cables, cash-drawer operation and certification documentation must be confirmed for each project during quotation.
