The HiStone Era is designed for commercial environments that need more processing capacity than an embedded-class POS terminal can provide. Its HK968A configuration combines Intel Core processor options, DDR4 memory and M.2 NVMe storage to support Windows-native point-of-sale software, ERP integrations, hospitality platforms and other demanding business applications.
A 15.6-inch Full HD capacitive touchscreen provides a modern wide-screen workspace, while the dual-hinge stand allows the display angle to be adjusted for different operators and counter heights. Multiple USB, serial, powered-USB, Type-C, network and cash-drawer connections allow the Era to operate as the centre of a complete checkout station.
The Era HK968A has received international product-design recognition through the Red Dot Award and the iF Design Award 2022.
