The HiStone HM638 is designed for commercial teams that need one point-of-sale device to move between mobile service and fixed counter use. Its 11.6-inch Full HD touchscreen, integrated battery and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity allow staff to serve customers away from the checkout counter, while Windows 10 and Windows 11 support the same commercial POS applications used on traditional terminals.
When the tablet returns to a service point, two docking options extend its role. The charging dock provides a dedicated charging and storage position with basic connectivity, while the smart dock transforms the HM638 into a complete counter workstation with Gigabit Ethernet, serial ports, USB expansion, powered USB and cash-drawer support.

The exact Intel N-series processor, docking bundle, optional NFC, fingerprint and 2D scanning modules, accessories and certification status must be confirmed for each commercial configuration during quotation. HM636 is a separate Android product and is not an HM638 variant.
